* Notice: Nate's Glow Search and Rescue™ (NGSAR) is an independent and separate legal entity and subsidiary of Nate's Glow Organization™ (NGO). NGSAR does not deploy, coordinate, oversee, or otherwise direct members of the general public, the Search and Rescue Club, or any other volunteers showing up to help the community. NGSAR is an independent, 3 man volunteer team consisting of Nate's family. No members of NGSAR receive compensation from search missions, nor does NGSAR charge for search missions. The Nate's Glow Search and Rescue club exists so that members can develop awareness of missing persons and the relevant mission information as well as show their support for our search team. Membership in the Search and Rescue Club does not certify members of the public to independently search for missing persons. Membership does not imply a members training, abilities, certifications, readiness, aptitude, or skills. (Though many members may possess these, and some may go out on local search missions, they do so independently and membership in the Search and Rescue club has nothing to do with their decision to do so) At all times the 3 members of the search team will abide by FEMA/ICS and operate under the authority of Incident Commander and Law Enforcement.
